SPECIAL MANUFACTURING FOR OUR CUSTOM PROJECTS
We manufacture all kinds of parts according to customer requests with precise tolerance values on our CNC machines. They are processed in our special CNC machines designed for projects.
Before the production of the relevant products begins, the raw materials are tested for their conductivity values with our measuring device. After the raw materials are tested and approved by our quality unit, our project department designs and starts the production of the relevant product according to customer requirements. At the end of the production, compliance with quality standards is checked and if approved, shipment processes begin. The products are used in applications such as bushing flags, welding sleeves, cable heads, etc.
MIG-welded aluminum strip bars also have an important place in our special part manufacturing. These bars are produced according to customer requirements, either by combining strips together or by welding them together with frame groups to create the finished product.
